A Gift in Tribute or Memory

Making a donation to Ontario Nature in someone’s name is a wonderful way for you to honor that person and protect nature at the same time

Gifts Are a Great Way to:

  • Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, bar/bat mitzvah, promotion, wedding, graduation, birth, Mother’s or Father’s day, Canada Day, retirement or any other special occasion;
  • Honour a relative, loved one or colleague;
  • Say thank you or send get well wishes; and
  • Support Ontario Nature by requesting that your wedding or birthday celebrants make gifts in your honour!

A Gift in Tribute

We will write to your family members or friends, as you request, telling them you have made a thoughtful gift to Ontario Nature in their name. We will also recognize your contribution in our Annual Report. The amount of your donation will not be disclosed to the honouree of your gift.

A Gift in Memory

Making a memorial gift to Ontario Nature is a meaningful way to celebrate the life of a friend of loved one. Not only are you honouring their memory, you are also helping Ontario Nature continue its work to protect the wild species and wild spaces of Ontario. We will notify your loved one’s family with news of your gift and recognize your contribution in our Annual Report. The amount of your donation will not be disclosed.

Prefer to send your gift through the mail? Simply send a cheque made payable to Ontario Nature at the address below.

Tax receipts are issued for all donations.
