Ontario Nature has hosted an annual, weekend-long conservation event at sites across Ontario for years. To be more inclusive to our membership base, going forward we will be hosting more single-day events across the province instead of one weekend-long event. These events will still feature hands-on workshops, expert-guided field trips, opportunities to explore our nature reserves and thought-provoking presentations. We hope to engage more members through this change.
We hope you are as excited about these changes as we are and hope this will allow more opportunities to meet and get to know our staff, Board of Directors and fellow members.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will continue to be held virtually sometime in June. We will announce the AGM date for 2025 in the new year.

Conservation Awards
The Ontario Nature Conservation Awards timeline for submitting nominations will remain the same (open December to March) but the ceremony will take place in person during the member holiday party (typically November). We will make further announcements closer to those dates.
