Who: 70 youth aged 14-20 from across what is now known as Ontario
Hosted for youth by youth, the Youth Summit for Mother Earth is a unique cross-cultural event. Young Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders to connect with one another, participate in educational workshops, and take part in a weekend of outdoor fun and learning. Ontario Nature is working alongside Nature Guardians Youth Program leaders, and Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee advisors. Together they will deliver an intentional, reconciliation-centred, cross-cultural event that welcomes youth in a culturally safe and empowering space.
