It’s official – the 2026 Gathering will be October 26th – 28th!

This year’s Gathering will be held at Horseshoe Valley Resort in Barrie, on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe and Huron-Wendat peoples, in the area of the Williams Treaties and Lake Simcoe Treaty 16.

The address is 1101 Horseshoe Valley Road West, Barrie, L4M 4Y8.  

We’ve heard your feedback and have made some updates to the scheduling and programming:

• The Gathering will now be three full days – starting from a networking breakfast on Monday, running through to late Wednesday afternoon! No more separate Monday add-on.

• We know how valuable the chance to connect is, so we’re making sure to have plenty of opportunities for both structured and informal networking!

• Sessions will be 75 instead of 60 minutes to allow for more time for questions and engagement.

• Breaks will be half an hour to give brains a bit more time to decompress between sessions.
