An Intimate “Virtual Tour” of Ontario’s Old Growth Forests through the eyes of experts

April 20 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Ontario’s old-growth forests are spectacular and under threat. No one knows this better than experts Michael Henry and Dr. Peter Quinby, authors of the recently published, Ontario’s Old Growth Forests.

Join us on Wednesday, April 20 at 7 pm for a one-hour virtual event featuring the authors and hosted by Earthroots’ Chair Gord Miller.

In discussion with Gord, Michael and Peter will provide an “on-the-ground” scientifically inspired perspective on Ontario’s old-growth forests: why they’re so magnificent, what’s threatening them and what we need to do to preserve them. Then, it will be your turn to ask questions.
