Monthly Donor Spring Hike at Willoughby Nature Reserve
June 8 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
To thank our Friend of Nature monthly donors for their generous support, Ontario Nature is hosting a spring hike at our Willoughby Nature Reserve near Caledon, ON. Led by expert outdoor educator, Skid Crease, we’ll explore the reserve’s mature forest landscape, beautiful spring flowers and winding creeks. If we’re lucky, we’ll catch a glimpse of a monarch butterfly, great horned owl or an eastern bluebird.
Date: Saturday, June 8, 2019
Start time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Willoughby Nature Reserve, Kennedy Rd, Caledon
Meet at the trail entrance at 9:45 am
To bring: Wear long pants and sturdy waterproof footwear. Please consider bringing a reusable water bottle.
Directions and parking: The Willoughby Nature Reserve is located five kilometres south of Caledon Village. From Highway 10, take the Grange Sideroad northeast to Kennedy Road.
