FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th
12 noon – 2:00 pm: Check in to your accommodations, enjoy lunch at a local
eatery.

2:30- 4:00 pm: Trail Walk Mosquito Point to Fish Point – Join botanist [and birder-intraining] John Ambrose to see some of the biodiversity of these special habitats. Meet at the Fish Pt. Nature Reserve parking lot.

4:30-6pm: Explore Pelee Cycling or Van Tour* – Enjoy a bike tour around the South Shore or you can relax in the comfort of an Explore Pelee van exploring the whole island. Registration required via Explore Pelee – 519 325 TOUR (8687)

6-8pm: Dine at one of our island restaurants.

8-10 pm: Nature Documentary Films Showing at the Heritage Centre
Join us for a selection of short documentary films focusing on birds, migration and the ecological history of Pelee Island.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th
8 am – 12 noon: Birding at the Tip – Join global birder-extraordinaire Rob Tymstra, who will be stationed at the tip of Fish Point; stop by any time in the morning to chat and bird with Rob.

10 -11 am: Family Craft Class at Pelee Art Works – 82 East West Road

9 – 11:30 am: Pelee Island Charters Zodiac Boat Tour* – Take in the view on the
waters surrounding Pelee and nearby islands. Registration required – 519 428 6680, email: info@peleeislandcharters.com www.peleeislandcharters.com for details

1-5:00 pm: Trail Walk and Seed Collection*
Florian Diamante and Stone Road Alvar Nature Reserve – No fee but registration
required with Nature Conservancy of Canada. Follow-up presentations about
conservation efforts on the island from Ontario Nature, University of Toronto, Ontario Parks and others at the Legion from 3:30-5:00pm (optional) email

6 pm: 10th Annual Harvest Dinner* – Join us for the annual Pelee Island Harvest
