Group Membership

Apply online! If your nature group is interested in becoming a member group of Ontario Nature please contact the Nature Network directly at 1-800-440-2366 / 416-444-8419 or email info@ontarionature.org if you have any questions.

Nature Network group members fill out the application which is presented to the Ontario Nature Board of Directors for consideration. Groups are notified when the Board has reached a decision. It is recommended that you send additional information such as publications or newsletters for the past year indicating your group activities. Mail these to:

Groups interested in joining the Nature Network must have/obtain insurance before official acceptance.

Fees

The annual fee for an Ontario Nature group is determined by the size of its membership:

• Fewer than 100 members costs $75.00
• 100-200 members costs $150.00
• More than 200 members costs $225.00
• Provincial partners costs $50.00
• Student groups costs $40.00

Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice in the fall. Membership and fee structure are subject to periodic review by the Board.

	The Ontario Nature Network is a province-wide network of more than 140 groups that protects Ontario's nature and provides provincial leadership in parks and protected areas, land-use planning policies and conservation science. A strong commitment and concern for nature is shared by each group and demonstrated through their own activities.
